Tejas Brewery is a brewery and taproom in Sawyer Yards, just west of downtown Houston. It spreads across three stories with a taproom, cocktails, coffee and event spaces. Its website describes the beer as an everyday, everyman's beer with a nod to Texas' cross-cultural heritage.
