Altstadt Brewery is a brewery, restaurant and pub in Fredericksburg with a Bavarian inspired setting. It brews classic German-style beers on the premises. Its website says it was named Brewery of the Year at the 2026 Texas Craft Brewers Cup and the 2026 US Open Beer Championship.
