The Brewtorium Brewery & Kitchen is a brewpub in Austin. It brews its own beer on site in a 15-barrel brewhouse, focusing mainly on German lagers with rotating IPAs, ales, fruited beers and sours. The kitchen also serves pizza, mac and cheese and other pub food.
The taproom is built for groups and conversation rather than screens. There are no televisions inside, and community tables, bar seating and long bench seating are meant to bring strangers together over a pint. A shaded beer garden out back adds more room, and a private event room is available for parties.
The menu runs from shareables like soft pretzels and queso to German-style pizza, sandwiches, burgers and bratwurst, with vegetarian and vegan choices throughout.
