Second District Brewing is a brewpub in South Philadelphia, on Bancroft Street. Google calls it a laid-back spot with house beers, wine, cocktails and vegan-friendly bar bites. The brewery named one of its beers, Bancroft, after the street it calls home.
The core lineup includes Bancroft, a Mosaic-hopped pale ale, and Rosewood, a farmhouse ale that spends time in oak barrels. Huy is a Vietnamese coffee stout brewed with cold-steeped coffee. Western Sharpening is a West Coast IPA hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic.
