Its website says it was voted Best Brewery in America in the 251 to 500 barrel size at the Great American Beer Festival. The brewery began as Immersion Brewing, and its blog says it rebranded as UPP Liquids in May 2025.
The beers are brewed on a 10-barrel system built in Oregon. The year-round list includes First UPP, a hazy IPA, and UPPlift, a West Coast IPA. Arriba is a Mexican lager, and Chasin' Sunsets is a yuzu ginger tart ale.
There is more than beer on the list. The website also names a loganberry hard seltzer, a prickly pear raspberry cider and a session mead. Food comes from a from-scratch kitchen, with a pub menu and a kids menu.
