About Jackie O's Taproom & Production Brewery
Jackie O's Taproom & Production Brewery is the production brewery and taproom for Jackie O's in Athens, Ohio, on Campbell Street. Its website says it opened in February 2013, about a mile from the two Jackie O's Uptown locations. The building was originally built for cheese production.
The beer range is wide. The website says Athens always has over 50 varieties available, from crushable lagers to mixed fermentation and wood aged sour beers. It also points to barrel-aged imperials and hazy, juicy IPAs.
Outside, the beer garden has picnic tables and umbrellas. The taproom stays open to the public, even when a group books space. Jackie O's takes private events here, from weddings to corporate functions.
