About Ginger's Revenge
Ginger's Revenge is a brewery and tasting room on Riverside Drive in Asheville. It makes alcoholic ginger beer. Its website says all of its hard ginger beers are naturally gluten-free and made with 95% organic ingredients.
Co-founders David and Cristina started with one-gallon homebrew batches while living in Panama in 2012. The company says it officially opened in March 2017. Its website says batches are now 472 gallons.
Four flavors run year-round: Original, Lime Agave, Hibiscus Lavender and Cranberry Herb. The tasting room also pours limited small-batch ginger beers, guest beers, and local and housemade non-alcoholic options.
