About Nuckolls Brewing Co. Santa Fe

Nuckolls Brewing Co. Santa Fe is a brewery and brewpub on Alcaldesa Street in Santa Fe. Its website says the building began as a meatpacking outpost for Nuckolls Packing Co. of Pueblo, Colorado. It later served as the corporate headquarters of the Santa Fe Southern Railway.

The taps rotate. Its website lists a core beer lineup, seasonal brews, beers from other New Mexico breweries and internationally inspired beers. It says the beer is brewed on a three-barrel system that patrons can watch from the beer hall and the deck.

The setting reuses old materials. The website describes fencing made from old steel rail track, a deck of reclaimed Ponderosa Pine and a copper topped bar from the La Fonda Hotel. Spent grain goes to local ranchers as livestock feed.

Dogs are allowed in outside areas on a leash. Children are welcome with supervision, and the website says it serves food. Google lists a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
