About Gravity Bound Brewing Company
From Gravity Bound's own website and its Google listing, read October 3, 2026.
Gravity Bound Brewing Company is a small brewery and taproom in downtown Albuquerque. Its website describes the space as part Taos Earthship, part modern garage. The site also says the brewery is 100% electric, with about 20% of that power coming from rooftop solar panels.
Beer is brewed on a manual, electric five-barrel system. The website says everything on tap is unfiltered and brewed with natural ingredients. The small system keeps the lineup fresh and rotating.
Gravity Bound also makes kombucha. It is non-alcoholic, brewed with organic green and black tea and fermented with a house SCOBY. The website says it leans clean and crisp.
Food trucks and events rotate through the week, and trivia runs on Monday evenings. Crowlers and growlers are available to go. Google lists a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
