About Wet Ticket Brewing
Wet Ticket Brewing is a brewery with a tasting room in Rahway, New Jersey. Tim Pewitt and Al Povalski own it, and Tim is the head brewer who makes the beer on site. The name comes from the people who ran for office in the 1930s to repeal Prohibition.
The beer list leans hoppy. Beers that turn up include Monk Haze IPA, Trolley Hopper and Elise New England IPA. A Kolsch is the easy choice for anyone new to craft beer.
The range reaches past IPAs. There is a Mexican lager, a mango wheat, an American lager and a dry Irish stout, and the lineup rotates.
The tasting room shows paintings by John J Ward, and all of them are for sale. The entrance and the parking lot are both wheelchair accessible.
