About Sunken Silo Brew Works
Sunken Silo Brew Works is a brewery and tasting room on US 22 West in Lebanon, in Hunterdon County. The team has been brewing since 2019. The beer list is sorted by how hoppy each beer is, so you can pick by taste.
Hop-forward pours include Bearded Flannel Cat, a New England IPA, and Haze Bro Intervention, a cold IPA. The smoother side has Deemed Essential, a Czech pilsner, and Cool Story M, a blond ale. A rotating group of jazzy, spicy, tart and funky beers changes weekly.
Crazy X is a pale ale brewed with gluten free sorghum and served from a can. Many other beers also come in crowlers, growlers and four-packs to take home.
