About Burnt Mills Cider
Burnt Mills Cider is a cidery and tasting room on Route 206 in Bedminster, New Jersey. Its website says the company set out to make a premium local hard cider for New Jersey. The ciders are crafted on site.
The tap list includes a semi dry cider the website calls its flagship, plus a pear cider and a dry sparkling. Seasonal and experimental ciders rotate through, from a hops-infused series to a ginger cider. There is also a non-alcoholic apple fizz.
