Whims Brewing is a brewery and taproom in Atco, New Jersey, in the Town Square plaza on the White Horse Pike. Its website says the focus is beer made with expressive yeast strains and bacteria, different malt varieties, and wood during fermentation and aging.
The brewers also use fruit, herbs and flowers, and they still brew classic styles. When possible, they use ingredients grown in New Jersey. The brewery is led by Dorien, who started as a homebrewer, joined clubs and won competitions before Whims began.
You can bring in outside food or have something delivered. The taproom also offers snacks. Well behaved pups are welcome.
For beer to go, the brewery fills growlers and crowlers from its draft system. The taproom can host events too. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Atco on this site.
