About Gambit Brewing Co
Gambit Brewing Co is a microbrewery in the basement of the historic Pioneer Endicott building in Lowertown St Paul. Mike and Josh opened Gambit there in January 2023. The brewery focuses on house beer and artisanal seltzer cocktails in a taproom built around community gatherings.
The food menu includes pizza, sandwiches, shareables, smörgåsbord and hot dogs. Weekly happenings include retro and board games, stand-up comedy and trivia. Kids are welcome, while the FAQ says only service animals are allowed because food is served in the taproom.
