About Modist Brewing Co.
From Modist Brewing Co.'s own website and its Google listing, read October 4, 2026.
Modist Brewing Co. is a Minneapolis brewery built around experimentation rather than strict style rules. Its website says recipe development starts with a flavor idea and works backward from there. A custom brewhouse centered on a mash filter gives the brewers more freedom with grain and process.
The drink list reflects that approach. Recent pages show lagers, hazy IPAs, sours, pale ales, hard seltzers and other releases, along with THC drinks. The brewery keeps a dedicated tap list so the current mix is easy to check.
The taproom hosts events and accepts private event inquiries. Food trucks are listed on the calendar when scheduled. Google lists a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
