About OMNI Brewing Co.
OMNI Brewing Co. is the original taproom of a Minnesota brewery, in Maple Grove. Its website says the taproom opened in September 2015, after founders Zack Ward and Justin Walsh launched a Kickstarter campaign. OMNI has since added taprooms in Rosemount and Victoria.
Beer leads the menu. The website says the lineup runs from light and crisp to dark and malty, hazy to hoppy, and goes beyond the usual IPAs. The taproom also serves wine and round, thin-crust pizza with high edges.
Pull up a seat at the bar, take a booth along the back, or sit under the trees on the patio. House-roasted coffee is on offer too. The Maple Grove events page lists trivia, live music and pop-up shops.
The website also describes private event spaces for parties and work gatherings. OMNI is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Maple Grove on this site.
