About Remnant Brewing
Remnant Brewing is a brewery and cafe at Bow Market in Somerville. Its website says it opened in 2018 in Union Square. The site also calls it one of the few Women-Owned and Brewer-Owned breweries in the country, after two longtime team members became owners in 2023.
The website says the original brewhouse is where the fermentation happens. Beyond beer, the cafe menu covers signature cocktails, hard cider and plenty of non-alcoholic drinks. Espresso comes off La Marzocco machines, with beans from Barrington Coffee.
Well behaved dogs are welcome inside on a leash. The events calendar lists live music, trivia and beer garden yoga and pilates. You can also ask about private parties, like a book club or an office gathering.
Remnant also runs a second spot called Satellite in East Cambridge. Remnant Brewing is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Somerville on this site.
