About Split Rock Beer Garden
Split Rock Beer Garden is an outdoor, seasonal beer garden in downtown Cohasset. It opened in April 2023 on an unused parking lot behind a commercial building. A second Split Rock now runs in Scituate.
Fourteen rotating draft lines pour beer from the South Shore and beyond. There is also rose from Anchor + Hope Wineries, plus seltzer, cider and non-alcoholic drinks.
The food centers on a raw bar with at least three oyster varieties every day. Shrimp cocktail, lobster rolls, soft pretzels and small charcuterie plates round it out. Kids can get Uncrustables.
Bistro lights hang over the garden, and a fire pit and heat lamps take the chill off cool nights. Live music plays on Thursdays and Sundays, and a big screen shows Boston sports games. Families are welcome.
