New Orleans Lager & Ale (NOLA) Brewing is a brewery and pizza kitchen on Tchoupitoulas Street in the Irish Channel. It pours over 20 craft beers on tap and books free live music shows open to all ages. More people have reviewed NOLA Brewing on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in New Orleans on this site.

The flagship is NOLA Blonde, brewed as an easy ale for parades, football and everyday life in New Orleans. The core lineup also includes LA Lager, Hopitoulas IPA, Juice Canoe Pale Ale and Irish Channel Stout. There is a non-alcoholic Hop'd Tea too.

The kitchen makes pizza in three styles: red, white and square. The website says everything except the pepperoni is made in house, and the menu adds wings, heroes, salads and spaghetti. A full bar with cocktails, spirits and wine was added in 2023.

Every Monday brings the Bluegrass Pickin' Party, an open acoustic jam where beginners are welcome. The brewery also takes reservations and books private parties.
