The Seventh Tap Brewing Project Eastbank is a brewery on Barksdale Blvd in Bossier City. It is the second taproom of The Seventh Tap, which also runs the original on Linwood Ave in Shreveport. The name comes from a homebrew jockey box built for six taps that ended up with an extra hole.
Three friends, Jose, Colby and Samuel, started the project after meeting through a homebrew group in Shreveport in 2014. The brewery says they served beer at events and won multiple awards before they opened a brewery.
The Eastbank taproom has a food menu, and the kitchen is open during taproom hours. Each taproom has its own beer menu, and there is an online store.
