About Servaes Brewing Company
Servaes Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom in downtown Shawnee, Kansas. It is the original location, and its website says it was the first brewery in Kansas owned and operated by a female head brewer. Courtney Servaes started as a homebrewer in 2012.
The Shawnee building is a 6,000-square-foot brewery and taproom. A later expansion called The Mosaic Room doubled the taproom to nearly 100 seats. The brewery opened to the public in 2019.
The beers lean toward NEIPAs, novelty beers, barrel-aged beers and sours. The website says Courtney has added whole pumpkin pies and chocolate chip cookies to batches. The Shawnee brewhouse is the original 3 bbl system, which the brewery still uses for smaller batches.

Can I bring my dog to Servaes Brewing Company?
Yes, if your dog is friendly. The website says both taprooms are dog-friendly. Dogs stay on leashes and off tables, chairs and other furniture, and owners bring their own water bowls.
