About ExBEERiment Brewing
ExBEERiment Brewing is a veteran-owned brewery in New Century Plaza in Gardner, Kansas. It was founded in 2021 and sits right next to Planet Sub. The taproom pours German lagers, Belgian ales and seasonal releases.
The 13 Alpha Project series is the signature. It pays tribute to the military career of the owner and brewers. A second series, Elemental Elixirs, brings the same experimental approach to handcrafted cocktails.
The taproom sells prepackaged snacks, a soft pretzel and a charcuterie board. You can also bring your own food. Planet Sub and La Carreta are in the same strip.
Kids are welcome, with two high chairs, kid-friendly snacks and drinks, and family games. Dogs are not allowed inside at this time. The entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating are all wheelchair accessible.
