2Toms Brewing Company is an artisan brewery on North Wells Street in Fort Wayne. It brews flavor forward beers with a culinary approach, and the draft list changes all the time. Despite the name, there is only one Tom: Tom Carpenter.
The list runs from Hop Mess IPA to barrel-aged stouts like Dark Necessity. The Cereal Killer series plays on cereals like Count Chocula and Frankenberry. Mallowscoop is a pastry sour series, including a Key Lime Pie version.
Food comes from Santos Cantina, part of the Santos Tacos family. Expect tacos, birria quesadillas, smash burgers and pastor fries, plus a weekend brunch menu.
