About Parlor City Brewing Company
Parlor City Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom on West Market Street in Bluffton. It opened in 2020 with a plan to bring small-batch beer, brewed with intention, to Northern Indiana. The taproom has since grown into a place to sample new beers and get a bite to eat.
The kitchen is small, but the menu draws on flavors from around the world and keeps evolving. The brewery also makes a Halo beer cheese, and it can produce larger batches with enough notice.
Beer is not the only option. The taproom also pours hard cider and hand picked wines, with rotating taps that can include ciders, meads and non-alcoholic beers. Brewery merchandise such as apparel and glassware is sold in the taproom only. The taproom is for guests over 21.
