Une Année | Hubbard's Cave Brewery & BBQ is a brewpub in Niles, Illinois, with a taproom and a BBQ kitchen. The brewery began in 2013 on Hubbard Street in Chicago, making Belgian-inspired ales. It moved to Niles in 2017.
The taproom features 24 rotating house made beers. The brewery puts its emphasis on fruited and unfruited American wild ales, which means sour beers. Hubbard's Cave is its second line, making American ales such as imperial stouts and fresh IIPAs.
