Crushed By Giants Brewing Company is a brewpub in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood, at the corner of Rush and Ohio. Its website says it is the brainchild of Greg Shuff and his team at DryHop Brewers. DryHop opened in East Lakeview in 2013.
The draft list is always changing. Brewery Director Brant Dubovick and Head Brewer Jacob Huston run a beer program that goes from Double Dry Hopped IPAs to fruited kettle sours and easy-drinking lagers. The beers are only available at the brewery in Streeterville and to go.
