About Dream City Brewing Company
Dream City Brewing Company is a brewery, coffee shop and tea house just off the square in historic downtown Carrollton. It is family-owned by Joel, Katie, Chris and Ashley Pollard. They are lifelong natives of West Georgia.
The taps pour beer brewed on site, and the list rotates. The menu lists a helles, a festbier, a West Coast IPA and a vanilla porter. It also has sours, such as a cherry limeade sour ale, and rotating hard seltzers.
Coffee and tea are a real part of the place. The menu has espresso drinks, cold brew and loose leaf tea, plus a pastry case that changes weekly. It is coffee by morning and pints by night.
Game night on Tuesdays, trivia on Wednesdays and bingo on Thursdays fill the weekly calendar. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Carrollton on this site.
