Unseen Creatures Brewing & Blending is a farmhouse-inspired brewery in Miami, and it calls its taproom Wild House. The beers use locally foraged yeast, bacteria, fruit and other local ingredients. The brewery says the goal is beer that expresses Miami's environment and culture.
Balance and drinkability come before style guidelines here. The house petite saison, Artifact, is a dry table beer fermented with brettanomyces and dry hopped with Cascade. Pursuance is the house pale ale, brewed with oats and double dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Cascade.
The taproom page also lists hazy IPAs, crisp lagers, fruity sours and wild sours. The website goes as far as calling its hazy IPA the top one in the country.
The website says its burgers lead the neighborhood, and the food is also on Uber Eats. Weekly events center on music and art, with live music and vinyl records.
