Beat Culture Brewery & Kitchen is a locally owned small batch brewery and full kitchen just south of Miami International Airport. Its motto is Miami Made X Miami Owned. The brewery says it favors small batches over mass production and local over imported.
In the brewhouse, the team makes traditional beer styles plus hoppy, fruity and barrel-aged beers. It also makes honey wine, part of its focus on all things fermentable. The bar adds wine, bubbles, cocktails and spirits.
The kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and dinner built from a fusion of local cultures. The menu runs from a Bavarian pretzel and cheese croquetas to 14-inch Roman-style pizzas, croque-monsieur and pastas. Ask about the rotating pizza flavor.
