About Little House Brewing Company
Little House Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom at 16 Main St in Chester. The brewery and taproom are crammed into a building that has stood since 1836, and it has been a meat market, post office, barbershop and bakery. The brewery says it wants to be the "Cheers" of Chester, a small taproom where locals and visitors feel at home.
The beer is brewed on site, and the tap list is always changing. It stays varied enough to suit a wide range of drinkers. The roof is solar, and batteries keep the lights on and the beer pouring during a grid outage.
Dogs are welcome in the taproom and the beer garden. Outside food is welcome too, and food trucks sometimes set up in the beer garden. Light snacks like pretzels and popcorn are on hand.
Trivia runs every Wednesday at 7 PM and is free to play. Live music fills many evenings, and the brewery hosts a monthly dog hike gathering.
