About Phantom Burger & Brewery
Phantom Burger & Brewery is a brewpub on Saybrook Rd in Higganum. The burger kitchen runs inside Phantom Brewery, so beer and food come from the same building.
The brewery started in Hartford and later moved to Higganum. The founder, Bo, then asked Chris at Taino Smokehouse to bring food to the new location.
The burgers are smash burgers, cooked with brisket tallow from the smokehouse. The beef is local, from less than a mile away. Beef, chicken and pork versions are all on the catering menu.
Catering also covers street tacos, build your own fries, potato chip nachos, pizza and roasted pork. The entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating are all wheelchair accessible.
