12Degree Brewing is a Belgian-inspired brewpub on Main Street in Louisville, Colorado. A homebrewer named Jon founded it in 2013, after about six years of brewing on his back porch. His website says he picked Louisville because he wanted a neighborhood brewery.
The beers lean Belgian. The website names saisons, dark strong ales, golden strong ales, quadrupels and sours as the core styles, with hazy IPAs and lagers on the list too. It lists Treachery, a golden strong ale, with a 2016 World Beer Cup gold.
The room has long community tables, a long bar, no television and a large garage door that opens to the sidewalk. The kitchen makes pizza, paninis and Belgian-style fries. The menu also lists wine and chocolates, with suggested beer pairings for each chocolate.
