About Liquid Mechanics Brewing Company
Liquid Mechanics Brewing Company is a neighborhood brewery on Highway 287 in Lafayette, Colorado. Its website describes it as a small yet mighty, award winning craft brewery. The tasting room pours 16 beers on tap, and the menu changes multiple times a week.
The website says the brewers specialize in clear and hazy hoppy beers, German ales and lagers, dark adjunct beers, and barrel aged beers. Pastry sours often show up too. There is also a gluten free beer, two non-alcoholic beers, two hard seltzers and three sodas.
Food trucks stop by almost every night, and the events page on the website shows which ones. Well behaved, leashed dogs are welcome, and the brewery prefers them on the patio. Children are welcome too, as long as their parents keep a close eye on them.
Groups can book the Barrel Room for private parties. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Lafayette on this site.
