About Purpose Brewing and Cellars
Purpose Brewing and Cellars is a small batch Fort Collins brewery built around frequently changing beer. The brewery says it offers four or five unique beers each weekend, with a different barrel aged beer always on tap and a sour available most of the time.
The brewers say they blend knowledge, experience and creativity with fruit, wood, barrels, spices and whatever else inspires them. The taproom also lists warm Bavarian pretzels, pizza, chips and salsa, pretzel bites and other snacks, plus kombucha, soda and non-alcoholic beer among the alcohol free choices.
Purpose describes the taproom as dog friendly for leashed, mostly quiet and non-aggressive dogs. Its events calendar includes recurring Tuesday trivia, and the brewery maintains a separate food truck calendar. Beer and growlers are also available through its Beer and Gear section.
