About Verboten North Brewpub
Verboten North Brewpub is the Fort Collins location of Verboten Brewing, with its own tap menu and a kitchen that the company labels as Fort Collins only. Google also categorizes this location as a brewpub, restaurant, pizza restaurant, bar and cocktail bar.
The brewery's name comes from the German word for forbidden and references the Reinheitsgebot beer purity laws. Verboten says its brewing approach starts with recognizable beer styles and adds its own twists, creating a mix of traditional and experimental beer across the company.
Fort Collins has a separate tap menu on the brewery's website, so visitors can check what is pouring at this location rather than relying on the Loveland list. The site also maintains an events section that includes live music and other brewery programming.
