Uprise Taproom is a brewery and bar on South Tejon Street in Colorado Springs. It is the taphouse inside COATI, a food hall with vendors, bars and event space. Its website calls Uprise a sports taphouse with over 32 craft beers and house cocktails.
The food comes from the vendors around it. Anju serves Korean inspired street food, and Haole's Hawaiian Grindz serves island dishes. Paleta makes ice pops by hand.
