Gunslinger Brewing Company is a veteran- and family-owned brewery on East Colorado Avenue in downtown Colorado Springs. Its website calls the taproom a modern saloon with an Old West spirit. The core lineup runs from crisp Helles lagers to West Coast IPAs.
Five beers make up the core lineup, including Lever-Action Lager, RedVolver red rye IPA, Helles Coming with Me, Old School Outlaw IPA and Stagecoach Shotgun stout. A rotating set of beers sits alongside them. The website says all of its beers are gluten-reduced using Brewer's Clarex.
