COATI is a food hall with a taphouse and bars on South Tejon Street in Colorado Springs. Google describes it as an offbeat, industrial-style hangout with global street food, coffee and cocktails. Its website lists a food hall, bar, events and work space under one roof.
Food comes from a lineup of vendor stalls. Anju serves Korean-inspired street food, and Haole's Hawaiian Grindz does island plates. Paleta Bar makes ice pops by hand, and Green Freak covers salad and grain bowls.
