About Dutch's BrewHouse
From Dutch's BrewHouse's own website and its Google listing, read October 4, 2026.
Dutch's BrewHouse is a brewpub in Bixby Knolls where you can brew your own beer. It follows the Brew On Premises idea made popular in Canada. You grab a recipe, brew with guidance from the brewmasters, then bottle and label your beer.
Kids can make their own handcrafted root beer and sodas. The website calls Dutch's the first small batch community craft brewery in Long Beach. It also serves locally made beer and food in what it describes as a fun, family friendly, pub-like atmosphere.
All Dutch's BrewHouse pizzas are 14 inches. The list includes the Nonna Pie with hand crushed San Marzano tomatoes, The Huntsman with crimini mushrooms, rosemary potatoes and an egg, and K-Town Zza with carnitas and kimchi. Starters include Frito Pie and Pretzel Bites with craft mustard and beer cheese.
The idea grew out of a backyard tiki bar that friends called Dutch's Tiki Bar. The website pitches the brewhouse for weddings, private parties and special events.
