Temblor Brewing Company is a microbrewery, gastropub and live music venue on Buck Owens Boulevard in Bakersfield. It was founded in 2015 and is locally owned. Touring bands and comedians play its stage, while local and regional acts fill Friday and Saturday nights.
The beer is brewed in house, with guest taps, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beer alongside. The tap list is pulled live from Untappd, so it is always current. The website suggests a Streets of Bakersfield IPA while the band plays.
The kitchen runs a full gastropub menu. Think giant soft pretzels with beer cheese, build-your-own burgers, wings, salads and sandwiches like the Prime Rib Philly Dip, with plant-based patties available.
