Crusader Brewing is a veteran and law enforcement owned Bakersfield brewery that says it has brewed traditional beer locally since 2019. The taproom combines six house beers with a full kitchen, a stage and a large outdoor patio. The beer focus leans toward traditional European ales and lagers.
