Cider Corps Mesa is a cidery taproom on South Robson in downtown Mesa, known as The Bunker. It started as a therapeutic hobby for a founder working through injuries from deployment with the U.S. Marine Corps. The website says it is now Arizona's first and largest craft cidery.
The ciders borrow from craft cocktails. Each batch starts with a fermented apple blend, then adds fruit and botanicals. The taproom pours 12 to 15 rotating styles, including taproom-only flavors and cider slushies.
The Bunker is also home to two independent businesses. Myke's Pizza serves pizza with creative toppings, like seasonal fruit pies. Pair Cupworks runs a coffee and tea bar at the end of the taproom bar.
The open room has community tables, bar seating and a patio, and the taproom hosts happy hours and live music nights. More people have reviewed Cider Corps on Google than any other brewery, cidery or taproom in Mesa on this site.
