About Latitude 65 Brewing Company
Latitude 65 Brewing Company is a brewery and cidery just north of downtown Fairbanks, on the banks of the Chena River. It sits in an old Alaska Club, where racquetball courts were turned into a production area and taproom. The website says the owners worked through two Interior Alaska winters to finish the conversion.
The taproom pours a wide range. The website lists a hefeweizen style beer, cream ales, a pilsner, a red ale, an oatmeal stout, saisons and several IPAs, plus ciders. Hard seltzer and canned wines are on the list too.
Not everyone in your group has to drink alcohol. The list also has sparkling lemonade, kombucha, root beer and other sodas.
In summer, the patio hosts food trucks, and the website says you are welcome to bring your own food. The brewery is close to the Chena River bike trail system and Graehl Park. Its website says it won the Bill Stroecker Business of the Year award in 2022.
