About Stahoo's Brewery and Taproom

Stahoo's Brewery and Taproom is a brewery on East C Street in Casper, Wyoming. Its website says it is Wyoming's only Craft Malt microbrewery. The name honors owner Jim Gleason's grandfather Stanley, whose Polish nickname was Stahoo.

The taproom has 10 taps. The website says the brewery has served more than 30 different beers since it opened in the summer of 2022. Heritage Pilsner, Oatmeal Stout and Chile Beer are all canned in six-packs.

Water gets unusual care here. The website says the brewery strips Casper's tap water down and adds minerals to match each beer style. A gyro bus is listed at the brewery every Thursday and Friday.

Events include comedy nights with local comedians, plus ghost stories around the firepit in the weeks near Halloween. The brewery names its beers after family, friends, places and events.
