Breweries in Wyoming
Based on the breweries in the brewery.fyi register and their own websites, read September 2026.
Casper leads Wyoming's beer map, with about a fifth of the breweries. Cheyenne and Laramie each hold about a tenth. The rest are spread across a couple dozen towns, from Cody and Jackson to Sheridan, Lander and Gillette.
Almost every place listed is a working brewery, with only a few beer stores in the mix. Where size is known, most are small microbreweries, and brewpubs make up much of the rest.
Snake River Brewing Co. in Jackson and Freedom's Edge Brewing Co. in Cheyenne are two of the most reviewed breweries in the state. Altitude Chophouse & Brewery in Laramie and Ten Sleep Brewing Co in Ten Sleep also draw plenty of reviews.

Planning a brewery trip in Wyoming
Casper makes the easiest base, because the most breweries cluster there. Cheyenne and Laramie are the next best choices, and Cody, Jackson and Sheridan each have a few stops of their own.
Outside those cities the breweries sit farther apart, so plan each stop before you drive. Every brewery page on brewery.fyi has hours, a map and what to know before you go. Check it on the day, since taproom hours can change.
