About Bare Bones Brewery
Bare Bones Brewery is a brewery and taproom in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Its website says it opened in 2015 and was the first craft brewery in Oshkosh in 20 years. Dan and Patti Dringoli founded it, and Jody Cleveland is the head brewer.
Dog Daze is the flagship IPA. Amber Ale was the first beer the brewery made. Oshkosh Lager is a light lager brewed in the style of the pale lagers the website says made Oshkosh famous.
You can eat here too. The brewery serves Village Pub Pizzas made in Oshkosh, along with pizza rolls and cheese curds. Popcorn is free, and the website encourages carry-in food.
Dogs are welcome on the patio but not indoors. Private parties are allowed depending on the schedule.
