The Brewery is a brewpub in Milwaukee. Its website calls it Milwaukee's first brewpub, established in 1987 in the Tinicum Flats building. The business reopened in 2022 under the name the Brewery.
The room shows off the original 1889 cream city brick. Memorabilia, local artwork and neon signs fill the space. The website says guests can expect DJs, pool tables, darts and lounge seating for watching sports.
The website says the beer is handcrafted and brewed on-site. The drink menu lists Honey Lager Light, Bavarian Weiss and an IPA called Punch You in The Eyepa, plus a root beer. The kitchen serves small plates, a Sconnie fish fry and weekend brunch.
