About Timber Tap Taproom and Brewery

Timber Tap Taproom and Brewery is a brewery and taproom in Kimberly, inside the Birch Street Center. The building once housed Eiting's Grocery. Today it holds 30 taps in 1,200 square feet.

The taps mix beers brewed on site with guest beers, ciders and seltzers. The house list runs from light lager and Irish red to hazy IPA and fruited sour. It rotates, so check timbertap.net for what is pouring.

The owners come from architecture and construction, and the room shows it. Wood, glass and brick give it a modern, slightly industrial look with a Pacific Northwest feel. It feels part workshop, part living room.

A short food menu covers a soft pretzel, dips and pizza. Food from il Bar and Peters' Boyz, two neighbors in the same building, is welcome too. Food trucks stop by on event days.
