About Hillsboro Brewing Co.
Hillsboro Brewing Co. is a brewpub on East Madison Street in Hillsboro, Wisconsin. The beer is brewed on site in a fully restored turn-of-the-century building in the Driftless Area. It was established in 2012.
More than 40 beers, seltzers and sours are available at the brewery. Its flagships include Leaping Lemur cream ale, Snappy IPA and Beckham's Root Beer. There is also a non-alcoholic lager called Designated Driver.
The pub menu lists appetizers, specialty burgers and pizzas. Seating is indoors and outdoors, and walk-in tables are first come, first served. The outdoor area is an on-leash dog-friendly zone.
