About The Brewing Projekt
The Brewing Projekt is a brewery with a taproom in Eau Claire. The mission is to create damn good beer. The goal is beer that many will love, not beer that everyone will like.
The lineup runs to fruit bombed sours, hazy IPAs and imperial stouts. Dare Mighty Things is its original hazy IPA. Resist is a milkshake IPA with vanilla, and Puff Tart is a sour ale with fruit and marshmallow flavor.
The brewery opened its taproom in April 2015. After two years it moved across the street into a much larger building, which is where it still is. You sit right inside the brewery, so you can see and hear the work.
Kids are welcome, and the taproom is family friendly as long as everyone is well behaved. More people have reviewed The Brewing Projekt on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Eau Claire on this site.
